“The situation in southeastern Ukraine continues to cause concern, where it has not yet been possible to begin the full implementation of the agreements on strengthening the ceasefire of 22 July 2020,” said the official spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

She noted that "the sabotage activities of the Ukrainian army have intensified in violation of the agreement reached in the contact group in July last year on additional measures to resolve the ceasefire regime."

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that Russia has only one obligation on Ukraine - to facilitate the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
