Putin believes that this is not due to the fact that Psaki has a poor memory or education.
He explained that "when people think that certain things are secondary," then they "do not really focus their attention on it."
Also, the Russian president said that "the Americans believe that there is nothing more important than themselves", noting that this is their "style".
Earlier, Putin said that the image of Biden, which the press portrays, has nothing to do with reality.
The Russian leader also expressed the hope that Biden will be "allowed to work in peace."
