Biden gives Putin a strange gift at the Geneva summit... and a question about the response of the gift

US President Joe Biden presented his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, with a strange gift, aviator sunglasses, which were specially designed in the United States.

Biden was famous for wearing this style of sunglasses, and he sometimes mocked them.

And he wore it during his meeting with the Queen of Britain, Elizabeth II, on Sunday.

According to the White House, the glasses were manufactured in the US state of Massachusetts, and belong to a brand designed for combat pilots.

The White House announced details about the gift after Biden and Putin wrapped up their summit in Geneva, Switzerland, on Wednesday.

Biden also gave a sculpture of Putin, made of crystal, representing an American bull, made by a company in New York.

In response to journalists' questions, the Kremlin or any related party did not clarify whether Putin had responded to Biden's gift or offered him something similar.
