SVT has revealed how six brothers who are behind the garden companies Lomma Trädgård, Bosab, Mitt trädgård and Gröna Teamet, deceive customers with unfinished jobs and salted invoices.

We have also revealed how the brothers bluffed into agreements with Scanian municipalities for more than SEK 12 million.

We can tell you today how, according to several sources to SVT, they also attract employees with permanent jobs and salaries of more than SEK 25,000, provided that they first worked for free for several weeks.

"It's a slave job"

SVT has come into contact with ten people who worked for the brothers for free.

In some cases, the brothers extended the internship so that they were stuck in unpaid work for several weeks.

Others dropped out after a few days when they suspected that there would never be a permanent job.

- It is pure slave work, says a person who has worked for the brothers for a long time.

Many have been in great need of work.

These are people who have been unemployed for a long time or are new arrivals.

- It was a month's unpaid internship, otherwise you will not get a job.

But I thought I could put up with it, a young man tells SVT.

Did not become a permanent employee

Common to all we talk to is that jobs suddenly stop when the end of the internship is approaching.

One person tells how one of the brothers suddenly stops answering the phone.

Others learned that there were no jobs at the time.

It is Bosab Fastighetsförvaltning that on several occasions advertised for staff at Platsbanken.

But in reality, the employees have worked for all the brothers' companies, and for the municipalities with which the brothers have agreements.

"It is reprehensible"

When SVT asks questions to the municipalities and the municipal companies, everyone says that they react strongly to the information.

- It is completely reprehensible and unacceptable that one of our, now former this, contractors acts in this way and nothing that we can accept, writes Magnus Prochéus, property director in Helsingborg.

- Of course, it does not feel good to have used people in this way, writes Kristoffer Tonning, department manager in Trelleborg.

- We do not accept it, according to the contract we can terminate the agreement if it occurs, answers Cecilia Önnevik, CEO of Svedalahem.

SVT Nyheter Skåne has asked the brothers and the companies for a comment.

In the clip above, three people tell about their experiences of working for the brothers' company.
