The Paris Bourse began Thursday down 0.24%, the day after a meeting of the American Central Bank (Fed), during which the governors were less accommodating than expected.

At 9:00 a.m., the CAC 40 index lost 15.95 points to 6,636.70 points.

On Wednesday, it finished up 0.20%, the highest since September 12, 2000.
