The complaint for "rape of a minor" against the television columnist and personality of social networks Jeremstar was dismissed, confirmed Wednesday evening to AFP the prosecutor of Nîmes.

"I confirm the classification without follow-up for Jérémy Gisclon" - the real name of Jeremstar and the prosecution against Pascal Cardonna ", a Nîmes executive of France Bleu," for multiple sexual offenses involving minors, "said Eric Maurel.

Jeremstar had published a press release on Wednesday afternoon in which he announced, citing the Nîmes prosecution, that "no offense" had been held against him.

"Slanderous denunciations, defamations and false witnesses, I lived through hell which literally destroyed me", assures the blogger.

"A young man whom I had never seen in my life had filed a complaint against me by lying ...", he adds, deploring having been "condemned by the People's Court of Social Networks".

As a result of this affair, Jeremstar says he was "cowardly fired from the C8 channel while I was living my dream and building my TV career at Ardisson".

"Three and a half years for justice to declare that I am innocent. These three and a half years will have been the longest of my life," said Jeremstar, who lodged a complaint against his accusers and said he was "looking forward to these people who have destroyed my life pay ".

In January 2018, an 18-year-old student had filed a complaint in Nîmes for "rape of a minor" against the two men who were also targeted by acts of "corruption of a minor", "sexual assault" and "recourse to prostitution".
