“Taking into account the situation (this is a movement) in the absolutely correct (direction),” a Kremlin spokesman said on the air of the Echo of Moscow radio station.

He stressed that this is his personal point of view.

According to him, he also fully supports the recommendations for admission to universities only for vaccinated students.

Earlier, the chief sanitary doctor of Moscow, Elena Andreeva, signed a decree on the need to provide vaccination against COVID-19 for 60% of working citizens involved in the service sector.

The reason was a sharp exacerbation of the epidemiological situation in the capital.

Moscow, Kemerovo and Sakhalin regions also announced mandatory vaccination for certain groups of the population.
