According to the Swedish Transport Administration, the train has an electrical fault which means that it is completely stopped.
The passengers will be evacuated to another train and it will take about 40 minutes.
The evacuation will cause a total stop between Gnesta and Flen.
In addition, traffic at Södertälje south, Järna and Katrineholm, among others, can also be affected.
Hot on the train
SVT Nyheter has been in contact with one of the passengers on the train who says that it is a locomotive that has gone off and caused a power outage and fire at the terrain.
There is nothing that the Swedish Transport Administration can confirm.
- We have been on the train for about an hour and a half and can not get off due to the power outage. It is very hot on the train but the atmosphere is calm, the person says.
