The Left Party goes further with its threat of a motion of censure after the conflict over free rent.

This is stated by party leader Nooshi Dadgostar at a press conference on Wednesday.

To overthrow the government, support from the Moderates, the Christian Democrats and the Sweden Democrats is required.

Henrik Vinge, group leader of the Sweden Democrats, announces at a press conference that the party has submitted a claim of no confidence in the Prime Minister.

SD expects a trial next week.

Vinge believes that the party has strived to arouse distrust ever since the government took office.

- There is a majority in the Riksdag that wants to oust the government and overthrow the Prime Minister, he says.

According to Henrik Vinge, it is now up to each party to relate to the demand from SD, but he hopes that the government is overthrown by the Riksdag and that it will result in by-elections in the autumn of 2021.

How the Moderates and Christian Democrats react to the distrust is still unclear.

KD has called for a press conference at 13.40.
