Earlier, in Moscow and the Moscow region, mandatory vaccination was introduced for citizens working in the service sector.

By July 15, at least 60% of employees must be vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine.

The innovations concern those working in the field of trade, services, transport, medicine, education and housing and communal services, as well as employees of theaters, cinemas, concert halls, children's rooms, organizers of public events.

According to the head of the Moscow Main Control Directorate, Evgeny Danchikov, checks of the requirements for vaccination of employees in Moscow will begin on July 15.

He also told what fines are expected for non-compliance with vaccination requirements.
