we ask a former international five questions about the Dutch national team at this European Championship.

In episode 3 Johnny Rep, who reached the World Cup final with Orange in 1974 and 1978.

1. Matthijs de Ligt is back.

Should he play against Austria?

"If De Ligt is completely fit, I would draft him. Although the Orange played quite well against Ukraine. That will be at the expense of Jurriën Timber, although I might also give Daley Blind some rest."

2. Does Frank de Boer have to change things in the line-up?

"I would stick to 5-3-2, but maybe put Donyell Malen in for Wout Weghorst. It was nice that Weghorst scored against Ukraine, but he often doesn't play football. He is really a finisher, needs balls from the side."

3. Are we going to beat Austria?

"It is not obvious, because you should not underestimate Austria. There are really good players there. We can of course win, because the Netherlands also has a good team. But they should not think that they will just walk over it."

4. How far will Orange get this European Championship?

"They have a team to get far. But you also have to be lucky, because if you immediately encounter Germany, France or Italy in the eighth finals, it will be difficult."

5. Who will be European champion?

"The favorites are France, Germany and England also have a good team. But you never know, Greece has also become European champion once. Yet I say France again. When you see that Mbappe football ... he is so fast and strong."
