- We have been treated with silence, says Madelene Kutt, who resigned. In the clip above, she and other employees tell about the situation in the human resources department.

- They have not taken us seriously when we flagged for the shortcomings that we tried to point out, says Elin Nilsson, who left the department.

- We have been treated with silence, says Madelene Kutt, who resigned.

Incomprehensible to buy out the human resources manager

Hans Nilsson (politically wild ex. Hela Eda's list), who is vice chairman of the municipal board, is also critical.

- It is completely incomprehensible why we would get rid of a good employee and pay 2.3 million, he says.

The mayor believes that Hans Nilsson was involved in something he had nothing to do with.

- It has made it take longer, it has become more expensive than it was intended and spoiled the opportunities to have a normal reasoning with the personnel department, says Anders Andersson, municipal manager in Eda.

On Tuesday, we were able to tell about the personnel manager Jessica Rydström who was pressured to leave her job with a record-breaking severance pay for Eda and a personnel department where everyone has left, resigned or is on sick leave.

Politicians do not lift a finger

- The personnel department has in principle been wiped out without us lifting a finger from politics, says Hans Nilsson.

The municipal councilor, Johanna Söderberg (C), says that she, as chair of the municipal board, has a responsibility for the working environment in the municipality.

But not for the situation when the human resources manager was bought out.

- It is not on the political table, she says.
