"For failure to comply with the requirements of the chief sanitary doctor of Moscow for vaccination, administrative liability and suspension of activities by court decision are envisaged," TASS quoted him as saying.

According to him, these decisions are governed by Articles 6.3 of the Administrative Code of Russia and 3.18 of the Moscow Administrative Code.

Danchikov added that for individual entrepreneurs the fine can be 30,000 - 50,000 rubles, and for legal entities - 100,000 - 300,000 rubles.

At the same time, an official in the event of a repeated violation or injury to health may face a fine in the amount of 300 thousand - 500 thousand rubles.

A legal entity or an individual entrepreneur for such a violation can be fined in the amount of 500 thousand to 1 million rubles or suspend its work for up to 90 days.

Earlier, in Moscow and the Moscow region, mandatory vaccination was introduced for citizens working in the service sector: by August 15, at least 60% of employees must be vaccinated with two components of vaccines.

The measures concern those working in the field of trade, services, transport, medicine, education and housing and communal services, as well as employees of theaters, cinemas, concert halls, children's rooms, organizers of public events.
