Saturday evening, in Dunkirk, in the North, the police were required for domestic violence within a couple of homosexual people.

The younger of the two men, 25, contacted law enforcement after his companion, 56, slapped him three times.

When the police arrived at the couple's home, they arrested the defendant and took him into custody.

At the end, he was referred to the public prosecutor's office for immediate trial.

A revocation of suspended sentence that leads him to prison

The hearing took place on Tuesday before the Dunkirk Criminal Court.

The 50-year-old was found guilty and sentenced to four months in prison according to police.

Except that he was still under a two-month suspended prison sentence for facts that were not specified.

The court therefore revoked this reprieve and the man was imprisoned in the wake of the Dunkirk remand center.
