It has been established that a local resident, born in 1974, inappropriately carried out the duties of raising her 11-year-old daughter.
Based on the results of the inspection, a criminal case was initiated under Art.
156 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor).
Earlier, a 34-year-old woman accused of torturing her daughter was sentenced in Perm.
