According to RIA Novosti, in order to obtain an MTPL policy, the driver does not need to provide a diagnostic card and confirm the passage of the technical inspection.
The law will have to come into force on August 22, 2021.
Earlier, autoexpert Igor Morzharetto commented on the news about the planned changes, according to which the Russians will not have to present a diagnostic card based on the results of a technical inspection in order to issue an OSAGO policy.
