This ministerial-level supervision and verification key supervises the quality of self-inspection and self-reformation of enterprises and the quality of city-level cross-inspection work, and at the same time promotes the accelerated implementation of annual key tasks such as the safety risk assessment of large oil and gas storage bases.
The supervision and verification adopts a quantitative scoring method to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quality of the work of the supervised provinces, and promote the further compaction of the safety production and fire safety responsibilities of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals and fire safety in various regions, and ensure that hidden problems are thoroughly investigated.
Supervise and urge to draw lessons from the "May 31" fire accident in Cangzhou, Hebei, and earnestly study and judge the safety risks brought by new conditions and new issues such as rising prices of bulk chemical products and extreme weather.
Strengthen open and unannounced visits, and urge relevant regions to strictly investigate and deal with major hidden dangers and outstanding problems in accordance with the law, ensure closed-loop rectification, effectively manage and control major safety risks, and resolutely curb major accidents.
