  1. Processing procedures

  (1) Please log on to the "Online Appointment for Passport Application for Chinese Citizens Overseas" website (http://ppt.mfa.gov.cn/appo/) to fill in the form online, make an appointment for the visa application time, and print the application form.

  (2) Please bring the application materials to the library in person at the appointed time, not mail or entrust others to do it on your behalf.

Passports and travel documents are accepted at 8:30-11:30 am on weekdays and Tuesdays, and at 8:30-11:30 am on Mondays and Thursdays on weekdays, and 15:00-17:00 in the afternoons.

  (3) Applicants under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a legal guardian (father, mother or other legal guardian) on the spot, and provide the original legal guardian's identification materials (such as birth certificate, valid passport and residence certificate of the legal guardian on the spot, etc.) Photocopy) and issue the opinion of agreeing to handle the license.

  (4) To apply for passport and travel permit business, 3 photos (glossy photo paper) (photographic standard) of the front face without headgear and half-length ID photos (glossy photo paper) must be provided within 6 months.

  (4) Application for travel permits (lost, stolen, or damaged passports for temporary travel abroad held by Chinese citizens)

  6. Declaration of nationality status (signed on site).

  Note: Applicants should contact the original domestic dispatch unit by themselves, and they will apply for reissuance to the original license-issuing authority.

After receiving the notification from the original issuing authority, the embassy can accept the application for reissuing the relevant passport.

  The submitted passport reissuance application cannot be revoked under any circumstances.

  4. Description of the situation of coming to Malaysia (including the original sending unit, work unit, time and reason for coming to Malaysia, whether there are any outstanding matters with the original unit, the current working unit, etc.).

  5. Declaration of nationality status (signed on site).

  4. Processing time limit and charging standards

  (1) The time limit for processing can be checked on the reservation website (http://ppt.mfa.gov.cn/appo/).

Due to the need to verify the identity with the original license issuing authority in China, the time for obtaining evidence for some businesses is uncertain. The embassy will handle it as soon as possible. The time required depends on the verification.

  (2) Normal passport issuance (issuance, renewal, reissuance), travel certificate issuance, and passport renewal for official passports are charged at 10,000 Swiss francs. The party concerned shall go to the Banque de Développement du Mali bank on the pick-up date with the receipt. We do not charge cash for payment at the branch in Quinzambougou.

There is no charge for renewal and reissuance of a public passport.

  (3) According to the latest domestic requirements, there is no charge for passport refilling.

  (4) Expedited and rush services are not provided for passport and travel permit business.
