There were two complaints against Antonio Vicari, the man who yesterday afternoon shot dead the ex-partner Sharon Micheletti, aged 30, in via Tenda in Ventimiglia and then turned the weapon against himself, taking his own life.

It was the girl who denounced him, for the first time last March, the second at the end of May.

Formally, there were single complaints for threats and not for stalking, two episodes described as isolated that had not activated the procedures envisaged by the red code.

The relationship between the two had ended for 4 years when Vicari, 65, ended up in prison for a final sentence for stalking and sexual violence against his ex-wife.

Even from prison he had sent several letters to the 30-year-old, which reveals a picture of jealousy towards the girl.

Investigators are trying to understand if in some way what happened yesterday can be considered a premeditated act: yesterday the girl was in a car with a man. Vicari would have seen them go by together, he would have taken the scooter to join them. When the man got out to buy cigarettes, the 65-year-old pulled up alongside the car and fired three shots at the girl at point-blank range with a 7.65 caliber semiautomatic pistol. Then he moved away, reached the bank of the Roia river not far away and there he took his own life by shooting himself.

The investigations are now focusing on the possession of weapons, the gun would not be regularly detained. But there are also some photos, which the man had posted in 2013 on his Facebook page, in which he probably showed toy reproductions of a rifle and a pistol which, however, were not found in the house at the time of the house search. Also on Facebook, the man had posted, even recently, messages with vague but threatening content. "Think well, that even when you sleep I am nearby - he wrote at the beginning of the month - imagine when you are with your lover, there is no place you can hide".
