LRF criticizes Halmstad's new master plan, which takes into account that the municipality can grow to 150,000 inhabitants by 2050. The municipality therefore plans to build homes on almost 900 hectares of arable land.
LRF believes that the municipality should instead save arable land and find alternative places for housing inland.
