[Explanation] In the recent epidemic in Guangzhou, some streets were quarantined, and the activities of residents in the area were restricted. Among them, there was a young Taiwanese who lives in Yongkou Street, Liwan District, which was also classified as a closed control area. .

What I bought for you just now is the entrance and exit of the epidemic prevention management behind me. The entrance and exit of our entire community are sealed, so it is quite safe to isolate in Guangzhou, because there will be no cases going out.

[Explanation] Wang Likai came to the mainland to develop his career in 2009 and lived in Guangzhou for several years.

In March 2021, he had just moved to Liwan District. In early June, the street was closed.

During this period, he used his mobile phone to record his life and share his experience.

I will wait in line for the sixth nucleic acid test.

This is the site of our nucleic acid test. I am very grateful to these medical staff, who have been helping us with nucleic acid tests non-stop. They have been doing it since 8 in the morning, and it is now 5 or 6 in the afternoon.

In fact, I think isolation is free except for being unable to go out. The main reason is that we have no confirmed cases here, and we are in the streets surrounding the confirmed cases, so I think life is quite convenient, and there is everything that should be there.

[Explanation] When the Dragon Boat Festival is coming, Wang Likai has been living in the closed management area for 12 days. He also introduced whether the living supplies in the community are sufficient.

Let me show you, this is a state-owned material vehicle sent here for the people to buy.

There will be regular supplies coming over for us to buy, and then they are all at the same market price.

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival, I bought mango and rice dumplings.

This is a courier point near our community. The courier brother is still there. There is no holiday. It is because of them that someone can help us continue to deliver the courier.

[Explanation] I am in a restricted area, but Wang Likai said that compared with the worry of his family in Taiwan, he is more worried about his family.

And it was a far-sighted choice to choose to come to the mainland for development more than ten years ago.

My family members are still a bit worried about me quarantining my mother on the mainland, but on the other hand, I am more worried about them. I told them that Guangzhou only had more than 100 cases confirmed, and then we have been banned and managed, and these infected people have been found. , So I think it’s much safer. Unlike Taiwan, I’m more worried about my mother. I often tell her that you have to be careful, because Taiwan has already had more than 10,000 confirmed cases, and it’s still expanding. I think it’s true in mainland China. It's much safer.

[Explanation] The Guangzhou Information Office notified on June 14 that Guangzhou would unblock the closed and closed management areas in an orderly manner in batches.

At present, Wang Likai does not know when the street he lives in will be unblocked. He said that after unblocking the block, what he most wants to do is go to work.
