“The Ministry of Education and Science recommends that the subordinate educational institutions of higher education located in Moscow, with the appropriate technical capabilities, switch to a distance learning format.
If it is impossible to organize the educational process remotely, universities must comply with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor and take all the necessary antiquated measures, ”the ministry's press service said.
Earlier, the Moscow authorities recommended employers to re-transfer some employees to remote work due to the situation with COVID-19.
Also, new restrictions were introduced in the capital due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
The measures will affect the operation of shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and metropolitan parks.
