"Our team strives to make Xbox a place where you will find the best games, the most dedicated developers and the most passionate community," Xbox Division boss Phil Spencer commented at a conference. online on day two of Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

It was the first time Microsoft made an official presentation with Bethseda, the developer of hit shows like "Fallout" and "The Elder Scrolls", since the computer giant finalized its takeover, in March.

He took the opportunity to announce that the space adventure game Starfield, on which Bethseda has been working for several years, will be released on November 11, 2022, only on the Xbox and PC, and not on the competing consoles Sony PlayStation and Nintendo. Switch.

Microsoft has also presented new images of the game "Halo Infinite", which should be available by the end of the year, and announced the release for the summer of 2022 of a vampire fighting game developed by the Arkane Austin studio.

Developed by independent studio Supergiant and so far only available on PC and PlayStation, the popular game "Hades" will become available on Xbox, and PlayStation, on August 13.

Like the rest of the presentations at the E3 show, the Xbox conference was streamed online.

The 2020 edition of the event had been canceled due to the spread of the Covid.

The mayor of Los Angeles, the city that usually hosts the show, promised on Saturday that E3 would be in person in 2022.
