The Iraqi Ali Issa succeeded in growing cucumbers of strange sizes in the greenhouses of his village in the Bardarash district of the Dohuk governorate in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

The length of the cucumber ranges between 30 and 50 centimeters, using special seeds brought from Britain.

After the success of his experiment, he increased the production quantities, and is now supplying them to the local markets in his governorate on a daily basis.

What is remarkable about this option is that it grows every day, and on its third and fourth day, it reaches a size of about half a meter, which prompted the Iraqi farmer to cultivate large quantities on a daily basis, in addition to its low costs, unlike traditional farming.

The Iraqi farmer aspires to expand his experience and transfer it to all parts of the country; Being a unique experience, and exporting larger quantities to other governorates, because it enhances the domestic product and contributes to reducing foreign imports.
