"There should be no problem" regarding the presence of Karim Benzema and Antoine Griezmann against Germany on Tuesday for the Blues' first game against Germany, coach Didier Deschamps said on Sunday on TF1.

Victim of a one-thigh crutch on Tuesday against Bulgaria (3-0 victory), Benzema made his return to collective training on Saturday in a closed session in which Griezmann also participated, also affected by a calf during the second preparation match.

Should they be available on Tuesday?

"Yes, it goes in that direction," replied Deschamps on the set of the Téléfoot show.

"We made sure to take the necessary care with the medical staff. Everyone was present at yesterday's training session. We have two sessions left before the game, there shouldn't be a problem there- above, "he developed.

Also present on TF1, Benzema declared himself "operational" for the shock of Tuesday in Munich.

"If I resumed training yesterday with the group, it is because I have no discomfort, no pain. Physically I feel good because I have worked indoors, so I am 100%", Real Madrid center-forward said.

Asked also about possible tensions between Olivier Giroud and Kylian Mbappé, Deschamps preferred to evacuate the subject.

"It is necessarily amplified. That Olivier, like any attacker, says that he does not receive all the balls, it is a no problem (...) Today, the slightest word leads to interpretation, "cut the coach.

"The most important thing for me is what happens internally, and internally there is no problem," he said.

After France-Bulgaria, Giroud complained about the lack of good passes received before his late double.

Kylian Mbappé saw it as a criticism against him, according to press articles which evoked strong resentment on the part of the young striker of Paris SG.
