The Moscow authorities approved new restrictions due to the complication of the situation with COVID-19 in the capital. The mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin, signed a decree introducing a non-working period from June 15 to June 19. Thus, the "long weekend" will last nine days. During the restrictions, zoos are closed, as well as food courts and children's playrooms in shopping centers, and entertainment establishments and catering facilities will not be able to work at night. Amusement rides and playgrounds were closed in large city parks.
