On June 9, the combination of the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft and the Long March 2 F Yao 12 carrier rocket was transferred to the launch area.

This indicates that the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft is about to carry three astronauts into space.

This is the first time that Chinese astronauts will go to space after the Shenzhou 11 mission in 2016. It is also the 7th manned space mission carried out by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Astronaut Brigade since its establishment in 1998.

On January 5, 1998, 14 outstanding pilots from all over the motherland gathered in Beijing Aerospace City.

Facing the bright five-star red flag, they solemnly swore: "I voluntarily engage in manned spaceflight, and it is my supreme honor to be an astronaut..."

History will always remember this day when the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Astronaut Group was formally established.

In May 2010, another seven pilots joined the team honorably and became the second batch of astronauts in my country.

In May 2018, the selection of the third batch of preliminary astronauts was launched. After three stages of primary selection, re-election, and selection, 18 qualified preliminary astronauts (including 1 female) will be selected in 2020. After the system is trained, it will participate in various missions during the operation phase of the space station.

For more than 20 years, all the astronauts of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army astronaut brigade have dreams of a strong nation, a dream of a strong military, and a dream of dedicating to space. With the ambition to capture the moon in nine days and the extraordinary ability to fight in space, 14 people have bravely entered the sky and cruised in space 68 It has traveled more than 46 million kilometers and won 6 full-scale victories in manned missions. It has made outstanding contributions to China’s manned space industry. It has set a benchmark for the era of pioneering models in the great journey of a strong country and a strong army. One person won the special prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, four people won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, one person won the first prize of the Army Science and Technology Progress Award, and one person was elected as one of the "100 Chinese People Who Moved Since the Founding of New China."

Eleven astronauts were awarded the honorary titles of "Space Heroes" and "Heroic Astronauts" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, and the Central Military Commission. The astronaut group was awarded the honorary title of "Heroic Astronauts Group" by the Central Military Commission. One astronaut was awarded the "August 1st Medal". "The astronaut group won the title of "Most Beautiful Struggler" and "Model of the Times".

It was a gorgeous October recorded in the history of the Chinese nation. At 9 o'clock on October 15, 2003, my country’s first manned spacecraft, Shenzhou V, was successfully launched. Astronaut Yang Liwei became the first Chinese visitor to the vast space. The Chinese nation Thousands of flying dreams come true.

At 6 o'clock on October 16th, one day after the space flight, the Shenzhou V spacecraft returned to the embrace of the motherland. The first Chinese flight to the sky was a complete success, marking that my country has become the third country in the world that has mastered manned space technology.

Two years later, another golden autumn-at 9 o'clock on October 12, 2005, the Shenzhou VI manned spacecraft was successfully launched, and the astronauts Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng were successfully sent into space.

The first time to enter the orbital module, the first time to conduct aerospace medical space experimental research, the first time to conduct a pressure suit take-off test...Shenzhou VI conducted the first multi-person and multi-day flight test of China's manned space project, completing my country Space science experiment with human participation in the true sense.

At 21:10 on September 25, 2008, the Shenzhou VII manned spacecraft carried the astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Liu Boming, and Jing Haipeng into space.

At 16:43 on the 27th, Zhai Zhigang was wearing a "Flying" extravehicular space suit independently developed by my country. With the assistance of Liu Boming, he opened the hatch and took the first step for the Chinese in the vast space. Since then, my country has become the world's No. Three countries that have mastered out-of-cabin technology.

At 18:37 on June 16, 2012, the Shenzhou 9 manned spacecraft carried Jing Haipeng, Liu Wang and my country's first flying female astronaut Liu Yang into space.

On June 24, Liu Wang operated the spacecraft to approach Tiangong-1 from 140 meters away, and achieved the first hand-controlled rendezvous and docking success. This marked my country's becoming the third country in the world that has completely independently mastered the rendezvous and docking technology.

At 17:38 on June 11, 2013, the Shenzhou 10 spacecraft carried three astronauts Nie Haisheng, Zhang Xiaoguang, and Wang Yaping into the air.

During the orbital flight, the astronauts conducted China's first space teaching activities for young people across the country.

At 7:30 on October 17, 2016, the astronauts Jing Haipeng and Chen Dong flew into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on the Shenzhou 11 spacecraft under the support of the Long March 2 F carrier rocket, and joined the Tiangong 2 spacecraft. The space laboratory successfully carried out automatic rendezvous and docking.

The two astronauts stayed in the Tiangong-2 and Shenzhou-11 combination for 30 days and completed a series of space science experiments and technical tests, setting a new record for Chinese astronauts in space...

In the history of the endeavor of the Chinese nation, the Flying Warriors Asking the Sky is undoubtedly one of the most exciting pages.

Today, they continue to write the new chapter of the new era.
