Karlstad and Sunne are high, and Grums municipality is lowest with only 10 percent procured by companies in the municipality.
Lack of knowledge
The reason is believed to be a lack of knowledge about the procurement system among small businesses, but also that it can be difficult to guarantee the volumes to which the procurement applies.
