It is by a flight that stops in Singapore that Rémy Daillet, his partner and three children of this blended family are being deported to Paris, confirms this Sunday morning an anonymous source from the Malaysian authorities.

On the side of the police, immigration services or the French embassy, no additional details are given and this is not so surprising.

Since the media coverage of Rémy Daillet, his name remains unknown to the general public in Malaysia where he has lived under the radar for five years, and his imprisonment has not been the subject of any official comment.

PCR test refusal

Only his French and Malaysian lawyers took the floor to ensure that he was doing everything to prevent the expulsion of this family, citing in particular the advanced pregnancy of Rémy Daillet's partner.

In detention, the man who claims on the Internet to want to overthrow the French state had started a hunger strike and initially refused to take a PCR test.

This had slowed down his transfer between the local police station on the island of Langkawi where he resided and the immigration detention center.
