The pioneers of social networking sites launched a severe attack on Hassan Nazim, the Iraqi Minister of Culture and government spokesman, because of his response to an Iraqi citizen who came to complain about his poor condition and poverty due to the large number of his children, and they saw in the minister's response a mockery of the citizen and a lack of respect.
And a video clip showed an Iraqi citizen addressing the minister, saying, "They cut my salary, I swear to God, I have 9 ignorant people (children..."), before the minister interrupted him, sarcastically, "Do you take Viagra?", which sparked criticism and anger among Iraqis through social media, considering it a response. The minister is an insult and an insult to the citizen.
The man had met the minister among a crowd of attendees.
Many, through their accounts on the communication sites, demanded the minister to apologize for his conversation with the citizen, while others saw the minister's question realistic, especially that the average number of children in an Iraqi family does not exceed 5 children.
Others considered what happened to be a "joke" by the minister, and it was not intended to insult the person. He received his papers and began looking into them, before speaking to him.
Citizen: I have 9 children and I cannot support them.
Minister: Do you take Viagra?

Note: The host in this scene is the Minister of Culture and Government Spokesperson.

This regime fell with all its symbols, old and new.
We do not forget the bubbles of al-Maliki and the adventures of Hamoudi, nor the statements of al-Amiri that poverty is a lie, and others
consider the people either as an obedient slave or an enemy that must be fought.
Look at how the laws were established as punishments for the citizen and make his life more difficult and difficult.
