The Ministry of National Defense Prosecutor's Office said that they requested an arrest warrant last night (11th) for two people, including Lieutenant Noh and Sergeant Noh, of the 20th Fighter Wing of the Air Force, who are accused of secondary assault in relation to the death of Air Force Sergeant A, the victim of sexual harassment.
They are being accused of secondary harm, such as convincing Sergeant A, the victim, and attempting to cover up the incident since the March 2 incident.
The Ministry of National Defense explained that they secured new recruits last night as the military court issued a recruitment warrant to examine the validity of the warrant.
The military court will decide whether to detain them this afternoon by conducting a substantive examination of the warrants.
