SVT has previously told about how Anitha Strömberg was attacked when she herself was out with her miniature schnauzer in a leisure area on Frösön.

Suddenly, two Dobermans came roaring.

Anitha picked up her dog but due to the force of the attacking dogs she was beaten on the back and broke an arm and she also suffered severe bite injuries.

Her dog was also seriously injured.

This happened during the time when dogs are to be kept on a leash, especially if they may be disturbing game.

And in this area there are deer.

The right: The dog owner has broken

The court states that there was no general restraint in the area, but it is stated that dogs must "be kept under such supervision as, in view of their nature, is needed to prevent them from causing injuries."

And there the two Dobermann owners are considered to have broken down.

One woman is sentenced to a 50-day fine of SEK 100 and the other to a 50-day fine of SEK 200.

And not least, they have to share in court costs of approximately SEK 74,000.
