President Moon Jae-in arrived in Cornwall, England, at the dawn of today (12th) our time to attend the G7 summit of seven major advanced countries.

President Moon begins his official schedule with a bilateral meeting with Australia this evening in our time.

Next, we plan to discuss with the heads of countries on vaccine supply and climate change response.

There is interest in whether a Korea-Japan or Korea-US-Japan summit will be held during the meeting, but the Blue House is of the view that the possibility is open.

In addition to member states such as the United States, four other countries were invited to this G7 meeting: Korea, India, Australia and South Africa.
