Mourning was declared in Tuva on June 11 in connection with the death of Larisa Shoigu

This is reported in the decree of the acting head of Tuva Vladislav Khovalyg.

Larisa Shoigu died at the age of 69.

As noted on the official portal of the Republic of Tuva, the cause of the sudden death was a stroke.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin expressed condolences over the death of State Duma deputy Larisa Shoigu.

According to him, Larisa Shoigu "was a bright politician, talented and warm-hearted person."
