"Krysevich fired one or two shots from a pistol on Red Square, after which he was detained by police and national guards," the TASS lawyer is quoted as saying.
According to him, his client is in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A law enforcement agency's source clarified that, previously, Krysevich fired from an empty Makarov pistol.
In February, the action artist was arrested for 25 days for taking part in a barbed wire rally on the Arbat.
At the end of 2020, Kisevich was expelled from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
