Recently, a 23-year-old Russian woman Anna was arrested on suspicion of murdering her 3-year-old daughter.
The police said that after Anna came home drunk, because her daughter was crying, she hung her outside the balcony on the sixth floor to punish her.
The surveillance video showed that the little girl was screaming all the time.
Then the little girl tore her clothes and fell to her death from the balcony on the sixth floor.
A neighbor said that Anna lied about the balcony that the little girl climbed on by herself at first.
Anna is currently detained on suspicion of murdering a minor. If convicted, she will face up to 21 years in prison.
