Four days after clashes between police officers on patrol against a dozen individuals in Rillieux-la-Pape (Rhône), three mothers were presented to the prosecution on Thursday for threats and violence.

, the mother of one of the young people involved in the urban violence allegedly punched a police officer before being arrested.

The mothers of two other suspects subsequently went to the police station, where they insulted and threatened the police, resulting in their custody.

One of them allegedly admitted to throwing stones at the officials during the incidents.

Six people, including two minors, as well as these three women, were in total referred to the judicial court of Lyon.
