Marine Le Pen said Thursday in Villandry (Indre-et-Loire) "in agreement" with Emmanuel Macron to consider that the slap against the President of the Republic was an "isolated act", product of an "ideological mush ".

The author of the slap, Damien Tarel, was sentenced Thursday in Valence to 18 months in prison, 14 of which were suspended.
