Chinanews.com, June 11, according to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Spain, the Spanish Ministry of Health issued a notice a few days ago to update the entry prevention measures as follows:

  1. All persons entering the country by air and sea are required to undergo anti-epidemic inspections such as body temperature testing and health declaration.

  2. All persons entering the country by air and sea must fill in the "Health Declaration Form" (Formulario de Control Sanitario) before departure.

Those who enter by flight can log in to www.spth.gob.es or download the Spain Travel Health-SpTH mobile app to fill in; those who enter by sea can log in to https://spthm.puertos.es to fill in.

After completing the "Health Declaration Form", the system will generate a QR code.

All immigrants must present the above-mentioned QR code before departure and upon arrival in Spain.

  3. Passengers connecting on international flights can be exempted from health check, but they must fill in the "Health Declaration Form" and show the QR code.

  4. All persons from risky countries/regions, whether entering Spain by air, sea or land, must hold a valid health certificate, including:

  (1) New crown vaccination certificate

  For those who have been vaccinated with the new crown vaccine, the vaccination time should be the prescribed dose at least 14 days before arrival in Spain; the vaccine should be a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency or the World Health Organization.

When entering the country, if the Western authorities deem it necessary, they may require passengers to undergo a new coronavirus test.

  (2) New Coronavirus Test Certificate

  Those who have not been vaccinated against the new coronavirus should undergo a nucleic acid or antigen test for the new coronavirus before entering Spain and obtain a negative certificate.

  (3) Rehabilitation certificate for people infected with the new coronavirus

  Those who have been infected with the new coronavirus should be checked at least 11 days after the first nucleic acid test is positive.

If you recover, you should obtain a certificate of recovery.

The certificate is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

  The above three kinds of documents can be uploaded when filling in the "Health Declaration Form".

  4. List of risk countries/regions

  The list and standards are adjusted regularly and published on the website of the Spanish Ministry of Health.

China is not in the list of risky countries/regions announced this time.
