According to the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Svetlana Petrenko, the head of the Investigative Committee was reported on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case.

"Having studied the materials presented, Alexander Bastrykin decided to transfer this criminal case to the central office of the Investigative Committee for the most complete and objective investigation," Petrenko quoted TASS as saying.

On June 9, in Adler, a local resident shot two bailiffs with a hunting rifle, who came to evict him by court order.

The 60-year-old owner of the buildings demanded to leave the territory and fired three times from a gun at the bailiffs and at the man who was involved in the demolition. 

The Sochi Central District Court has arrested until August 9 a man accused of killing two bailiffs.
