If a dose of the vaccine is left at a vaccination room, healthcare staff can send out an offer to those registered on the reserve list.
The offer is sent out in order of age and to several people at the same time.
The person who first accepts the offer must be able to be on site to take the dose within 30 minutes.
SVT nyheter Halland has previously reported that the region wants to introduce reserve lists, after managers were offered leftover doses.
