13.41 Administrative Code (refusal to delete the owner of a website or information resource of information if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by Russian legislation) and fined him in total 10 million rubles, ”the publication says.
Also, on June 10, a court in Moscow fined Facebook 17 million rubles.
In May, a Moscow court fined the messenger totaling 5 million rubles for refusing to delete information about protest actions.
