According to the Chinese government website, recently, the State Council issued a notice stating that the State Council approved the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative project lists (185 items in total) and national-level items determined by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The extended list of representative items of intangible cultural heritage (140 items in total) is hereby announced.
Among them, Liuzhou snail noodle making techniques, Shaxian snack making techniques, Guilin rice noodle making techniques, etc. are listed on the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects.
