The heroes of the RT publication again faced opposition from the owner of half of the apartment.

Recall that after the death of the father of the Rodionov family, half of the apartment went to his daughter Victoria, and the other half to his mother, who, according to relatives, without notifying them, resold her share to Arthur Anufriev.

As Victoria Rodionova said, on June 3, Anufriev came to their home with his friends.

According to Victoria, the men staged a pogrom in the house, making it completely uninhabitable - they stripped the tiles in the bathroom and ripped off the sink, and broke the furniture.

Last time, she reminded, a neighbor cut off the lock on the front door, entered the apartment, and moved all things and furniture from two rooms to the third.

What happened on June 3 was recorded by a surveillance camera installed by the Rodionovs (the recording is at the disposal of RT).

"They demolished all the interior doors, smashed the bathroom, the kitchen, removed the front door from the hinges," - lists the damage done to the dwelling, Vladimir Rodionov, Victoria's brother.

The video footage shows how Anufriev and his accomplice Dmitry Bulygin - according to media reports, the person involved in several stories of raider seizure of apartments, go to the Rodionovs' house.

Then the workers come, whom Anufriev gives the command to "break the fuck up".

Men tear down and take out doors, furniture, plumbing from the apartment.

At the same time, Anufriev in an obscene manner says that they do not worry about dirt and debris.

In the evening of the same day, a film crew from the Russia-1 TV channel arrived at the controversial apartment.

They, according to the Rodionovs, were met by Anufriev and Bulygin, who were on the spot.

The latter attacked journalists, beat up correspondent Anastasia Polukeeva, cameraman and sound engineer, damaged equipment.

The journalist and her colleagues were beaten, poured with water and thrown bottles at them, threatened their life and health, and at some point they were locked in an interroom vestibule and not released from there, Anastasia Polukeeva told RT.

“All three of us wrote statements to the police about beatings, threats, forcible detention and obstruction of journalistic activities.

Our TV channel has also submitted an application, ”she continues.

The attack was aired on the TV channel's evening news program.

After the pogrom, the Rodionovs called an appraiser to calculate the damage caused to their property, and filed a statement with the police.

At the moment, the Moscow prosecutor's office is conducting an inspection, according to the department's website.

As RT previously wrote, the Rodionov family has been attacked for six years by Artur Anufriev and his accomplices.

In 2015, he bought half of the family's three-room apartment from Victoria's grandmother.

According to them, neither Victoria nor the rest of the family knew about the sale.

As the Rodionovs say, since then Anufriev and his assistants have constantly invaded the apartment, cut the locks and cut down the door, spoil property, rude and threaten them, bring strangers and use physical force against Victoria and her family.

“Unbearable living conditions are being created for us in order to force us either to sell the entire apartment entirely on unfavorable terms, or to buy out Anufriev’s share at a price two or three times higher than the market price,” says Victoria.

According to her, neither she nor her family knew about the sale of the share to an outsider.

The mother of a minor at that time, Victoria, tried to challenge the deal in court, but it did not work out - the court found that the Rodionovs were allegedly informed about the upcoming sale using a telegram.

At the same time, Anufriev himself told RT that he bought a share in the apartment legally, and it is the Rodionovs who violate his rights, not allowing him to use the property.

The Rodionovs say they have repeatedly turned to the police to bring the man to justice under articles of arbitrariness, fraud, coercion into a deal and illegal entry into a home.

Lawyer Oleg Novikov explains: “If a person acquired the right to property, knowing that people live there, and without obtaining their consent to live there, without having a court decision in his hands (and even if he did, bailiffs must execute this decision), in an apartment, then in any case, a corpus delicti under Art.

139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ".

Arthur Anufriev does not have a court decision that would allow him to move in with the Rodionovs, the procedure for using the apartment is also not defined, but the inaction of law enforcement officers in such cases is very common, Novikov explains.

“When called, police officers are often not ready for the situation they face. It turns out a kind of legal dead end - there are two owners, and one complains about the other. Courts often also say that since this is the owner, he has the right to reside. But at the same time, no housing norms are taken into account, they can move several people into one room, "the lawyer summed up.
