The European Parliament approves the “Corona passport”

The European Parliament has agreed to adopt travel documents for receiving the Corona vaccine that would allow travel within the European bloc without being subject to quarantine.

As a last step, EU governments must agree to recognize these documents, Bloomberg News reported.

The documents must start working in all 27 EU countries by July 1, and will provide evidence that the holder has been vaccinated, recovered from the virus or tested negative for the virus recently.
