Investigative Committee opened a case after the death of three people in a fire in a Ryazan hospital

As specified, the case was initiated on the basis of a crime under Part 3 of Art.

109 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Causing death by negligence").

According to the investigation, around 03:30 there was a fire in the department of anesthesiology and intensive care.

According to the latest data, three people died, seven with signs of poisoning by combustion products and burns were hospitalized.

Earlier, TASS, citing a law enforcement source, said that the fire in the intensive care unit of the Ryazan hospital was in a ventilator.
