A few years ago, the woman inherited a large sum of money from her parents, something that eventually became known in her circle of acquaintances.

The woman suffers from mental disabilities and is in great need of help.

According to her psychologist who testified in court, the disability is “permanent and means that she is unable to function independently in everyday life, which makes her vulnerable in social situations.

She finds it difficult to realize the consequences of her actions and shortcomings in her judgment.

She is also gullible. ”

The police report was written off

Previously, another person has been sentenced to pay back SEK 40,000 which he is said to have caused the woman to pay out for him on improper grounds.

In the current case, the woman's trustee first made a police report against Örnsköldsviksbon for gross fraud and embezzlement, but the case was dropped.

The trustee then turned to a law firm which some time ago sued Örnsköldsviksbon in court for the sums of money he was considered to have secured.

Costs

In its judgment, Ångermanland District Court gives the woman the right.

In addition to the total of SEK 215,000 that the woman lost, Örnsköldsviksbon must also pay her legal costs of almost SEK 150,000.

- The investigation of the woman's financial situation continues, and it is not excluded that more suspected irregularities will be investigated, says lawyer Miran Crnalic to SVT.
