Västerås municipality has hired HVB home with serious criticism - Unit manager: "I do not feel safe with the placements"

- I do not feel 100 percent confident with our investments in HVB homes.

But what I feel confident in is that we follow up on misconduct and act on the basis of the information we receive, says Katja Nordberg, unit manager for children and youth administration. 

During the years 2018 to 2020, the municipality has paid out SEK 42 million to the criticized homes.
