It was in mid-April that a man in his 55s was reported missing.

The next day he was found dead in a forest area by Dumme bog outside Jönköping.

Shortly afterwards, a man in his 40s who had a professional relationship with the entrepreneur was arrested and detained.

At the time, the man could neither admit nor deny the murder.

Admits in forensic psychiatric examination

In May, the suspect underwent a forensic psychiatric examination.

It is a so-called section 7 investigation that is common in crimes of a more serious nature.

The investigation carried out by the Forensic Medicine Agency in Gothenburg shows that the suspect admits the murder.

It writes Expressen on its website.

Felt threatened

According to the investigation, it appears that the suspect must have felt threatened by the entrepreneur.

The professional relationship must have been strained.

According to what the suspect stated to the National Board of Forensic Investigators' investigation, a dispute must have arisen between him and the victim at the time of the crime.

The victim is said to have walked towards the tailgate of his car and the suspect thought he was going to get a weapon.

According to the National Board of Forensic Medicine's investigation, the suspect did not suffer from any mental disorder, either at the time of the investigation or during the act itself.
