By then, the Hainan Free Trade Port will achieve "island-wide zero tariffs" except for items and commodities on the negative list, and most imported goods will enjoy "zero tariffs" treatment.

In April this year, the draft of the Hainan Free Trade Port Law was once again submitted to the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress for deliberation.
